At least, the agent I spoke to told me to read the "HOW-TO".
It was delivered in a reheased fashion, I dont think he understood what a HOW-TO was :-)

You might want to use a client called rp-pppoe from Roaring Penguin.
http://www.roaringpenguin.com/pppoe/ , a nice free tool to the community
for Sympatico ADSL connection.  They have a Read Hat package there.  Read the docs carefully.
