Advertising Bookmark

To all free software user groups in Quebec:

At Linux-Quebec, we thought of producing and distributing the list of free software user groups of the Quebec province, printed a few thousand times, on thirds of 8½x11 business card-type paper.

The motivation of this initiative is to publicise the fact that many user groups exists, who are, according to us, unknown by most of the people.

We thought of contacting computing book vendors (Camelot, Archambault, Indigo, etc) and software vendors (La Centrale Informatique, Future Shop, etc) to solicit their collaboration for distributing the bookmark to clients that purchase, or are interested in purchasing products related to free software. They could, for example, insert it in books they sell, or simply dispose them in display units.

We would also freely send many copies to all user groups that would show an interest in distributing these bookmarks.

If you find any error, or if you want to change the description of your group, please advise us as soon as possible. Please note that for now, it's only available in French. If you would like the bookmark in English on one of the sides, please let us know.
