A while back, you where looking for a good francophone forum.  I 
am mostly active on forum.micro.info, but the volume is not very
high unfortunately.  There is always arstechnica.infopop.net 
where the volume is very high and the atmosphere friendly, but
unfortunately, it's in english (what else ...)
