You will be responsible for identifying the source of a problem, recommending solutions, documenting, and providing notification to the development team. The successful candidate must possess superior and demonstrated communication and customer service skills in English and French, along with 1-2 years experience in a technical support role or equivalent. Knowledge about the Internet, computer hardware, and networking fundamentals within a NT and Linux/UNIX environment is required.
