As a Technical Support Representative you will utilize your excellent customer service skills and build relationships with customers by fulfilling their email and telephone requests for setup, configuration, and troubleshooting. You will be responsible for identifying the source of a problem, recommending solutions, documenting, and providing notification to the development team.
The successful candidate must possess superior and demonstrated communication and customer service skills in English and French, along with 1-2 years experience in a technical support role or equivalent. Knowledge about the Internet, computer hardware, and networking fundamentals within a NT and Linux/UNIX environment is required.
