Hello,
my name is Luis Henrique and I have some questions about this e-mail: is this
e-mail part of a linux user-support? If yes, how can I subscribe? If no, are
there any support or FAQ list about linux that you can tell me?
An subjective question: I have been using linux about two weeks and I could'nt
yet make the configuration of my modem. The system is using KDE and other
facilities. The Linux version is called CONECTIVA and is distributed in Brazil
by an company with the same name. During the installation the modem is not
recognized. I believe that is a modem PCTel (it is on-board), and when I
accomplished the search for similar drivers I didn't have success. It would like
an aid of more experienced users so that I can solve this problem.
